Ardaman Singh has been with Greater Somerset County YMCA as our SVP & Chief HR Officer since August 2022. An active volunteer, Ardaman serves on several Boards, namely the Franklin Township Public School Board as their current President; Somerset County School Boards as their President; Board of Trustee for the United Way of Northern NJ. Ardaman also serves on the National Women’s Leadership Resource Network of YMCA – USA.

Ardaman proudly speaks of her learning, experience and continued love for human resources working her years at New York University, The Center for Great Expectations, Puerto Rican Action Board, and Institute for Community Living, working closely with under-served and low income communities, which has been the driving force behind choosing to volunteer and work in the non-profit arena. She also worked for Integrated Resources, a staffing company that helped her become the all-rounded generalist with hands-on experiences in all facets HR. She has served on several inter faith committees post 9/11 to increase awareness and help people recognize Sikhs and their contributions in America.
