She was appointed Executive Director of the South Asian Bar Association of New York (SABANY) in October 2024, where she leads efforts to support, connect, and advocate for South Asian legal professionals. In this role, she oversees organizational strategy, membership engagement, and program development while fostering partnerships that strengthen the legal community.

Prior to joining SABANY, Harpreet held multiple leadership positions in the nonprofit sector, including at NEO Philanthropy and The Sikh Coalition. She has a strong track record of managing multi-faceted programs, improving operational workflows, and driving organizational growth. Her expertise includes overseeing grant management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional team coordination to advance social impact initiatives. She has successfully led process improvement initiatives, developed strategic frameworks, and implemented policies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness within mission-driven organizations.

Harpreet also brings significant corporate experience, having worked in project management and business operations at Morgan Stanley and FDM Group. She has extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, optimizing business processes, and ensuring seamless execution of complex initiatives. Her ability to bridge strategic vision with operational execution allows her to drive impactful results in dynamic environments.

Academically, Harpreet holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Political Science from Stony Brook University and a Master of Business Administration from the Zicklin School of Business.
