Harpreet Kaur is a first-generation Amritdhari Sikh woman, executive coach, and seasoned product leader with over 20 years of experience driving innovation in the tech industry. Harpreet is also the CEO and founder of Why Blend In, a leadership coaching practice dedicated to helping professionals—especially women, immigrants, and underrepresented groups—unlock their potential and lead with purpose. Her mantra is simple: Why blend in when you are born to stand out?
