Harsimran Kaur is a purpose-driven leader with a rich background in mental health care and nonprofit leadership. With over five years of direct clinical experience, she has worked intensively in crisis mental health settings, most recently serving as a Clinical Director, where she provided therapeutic services and oversaw clinical treatment planning and program development.
Alongside her clinical work, Harsimran has spent the past decade deeply involved in Sikh community organizing, with a special focus on United Sikh Movement (USM). She has served as the Executive Director of USM for the past four years, leading the organization through a period of significant national growth and impact.
Grounded in clinical insight, strategic thinking, and a spirit of seva, Harsimran is committed to cultivating spaces of empowerment, and belonging for Sikh youth and broader communities alike.
