Harsimranjit Singh is a speaker, strategist, Startup Founder and Sikh organizer with over a decade of experience building institutions, mentoring leaders, and delivering Gurbani-centered public speaking across the U.S. He began his seva as the founder of United Sikh Movement, which grew to become the largest Sikh collegiate organization in the country, connecting students across 36 universities and training over 1,000 young leaders through conferences, Gurmat camps, and Gurbani study programs.

From 2020 to 2025, Harsimranjit served as a director and U.S.-based parcharic for Everything’s 13 (Basics of Sikhi), where he helped launch the North American branch of the organization and established Gurprasadh Vidhyala, a Santhia program rooted in traditional pronunciation and deeper connection with Bani. His Parchar has reached diverse audiences through Gurdwaras, university settings, and grassroots youth platforms.

He currently serves as the founder and CEO of the Anandpur Institute, a first-of-its-kind accelerator that supports Panthic founders launching Sikh-centered startups, nonprofits, and community ventures. The Institute hosts national retreats, trains mission-driven founders, and fosters an ecosystem of innovation rooted in Sikh principles.

Harsimranjit’s leadership also includes his tenure as President of Gurdwara Sahib Riverside (2017–2018), where he introduced English Parchar classes, self-defense programming for Sikh youth, financial reforms, and campus security improvements.

In parallel with his Sikh work, he is the founder of a Private Capital & Investment group, where he leads ventures across real estate, AI, and private equity—channeling those business skills into building long- term, sustainable Sikh institutions.
