Mansimran Singh Kahlon, with nearly a decade of experience in business, procurement, logistics, and contract management, currently serves as Vice President of Management and Acquisition at a startup hospitality firm based in western New York. His entrepreneurial journey began during his time at Rutgers University–Camden, where he spent four years before transferring his credits to Northern Virginia Community College to launch his first trucking and logistics company from his dorm room. Till date, he works with investors to acquire businesses and homes while serving as a Real Estate professional in the DC Metro area & suburbs.
Kahlon’s ambitions extend beyond business. He is passionate about revolutionizing the hotel and hospitality industry while also championing the growth and empowerment of the Sikh and Panjabi communities. He strongly believes in investing in youth and cultivating leadership rooted in strong core values, diplomacy, and political resilience. For him, building a sustainable and secure future for Sikhs and Panjabis—both in the United States and around the world—requires collective action and support for those willing to lead with integrity.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Mansimran remains committed to service. He mentors Sikh youth through camps and local gurdwaras, and serves as a Director on the Prince William County Soil & Water Conservation District, where he advocates for environmental stewardship and civic engagement. His steadfastness in Sikhi and the Begampura vision of Guru Nanak is his guiding light.
