Nikki Singh joined TAAF in 2023 as Deputy Director for the Greater New York Area. She comes to TAAF after serving as the Senior Manager of Policy and Advocacy at the Sikh Coalition, the nation’s largest Sikh civil rights, advocacy, and legal organization. 

Over 6 years at the Sikh Coalition, Nikki managed the organization’s city and state policy and advocacy portfolio, led advocacy campaigns and coalitions for legislation related to hate crimes, employment discrimination, and AAPI history. She also led the organizations Get Out the Vote (GOTV), and Census efforts and managed the advocacy team’s rapid response to hate incidents. 

She cares deeply about equity for marginalized communities and has devoted her career to working towards a world where people can live free from hate and discrimination. 

She is a native of Colorado but now resides in New York City.
