Sukhmani Kaur Kocher (she/her) is a management consulting executive, experience designer, and Sikh community advocate based in the Bay Area. With nearly a decade at Accenture, she currently leads service and experience design strategy while serving as the North America Sikh and Interfaith ERG Lead.

Outside of her professional work, Sukhmani is deeply engaged in Sikh organizing, serving as Co-Chair of the Sikh Coalition Board and Director of the Saanjh Sikh Retreat. She also founded and led the YSG Collective for five years and has helped organize initiatives such as the Surat Conference and various youth camps across North America.

Sukhmani’s writing and speaking explore themes of gender equity, diasporic identity, community building, and evolving Sikh practice, with published work on Kaur Life and speaking engagements across Sikh and interfaith spaces. She is also the founder of Sukh Naal Sangeet, a musical and cultural initiative that brings intention, joy, and authenticity to Sikh weddings and Punjabi celebrations.

Across her roles, Sukhmani is guided by a commitment to cultivating Sikh spaces where the next generation—especially women and those navigating complex relationships with community and faith—can show up with truth, agency, and belonging.
